Rates in US Funds Minimum rental period : 1 week, Saturday to Saturday (July and August); shorter stays accepted for May/June and September/October. Deposit required.
May, June, September and October	2 Bedroom: $700 to $800/week 1 Bedroom: $550 to $600/week
July and August	2 Bedroom: $800 to $900/week 1 Bedroom: $600 to $650/week

Coveside House Picnic Area

No Pets.
No Smoking.
Occupancy will commence at 2:00 PM on Saturday
Occupancy will terminate at 10:00 AM on Saturday
A reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent amount will be required. Refundable with two months prior notice.
A 7% Maine lodging tax is applicable.
Linens (bed sheets/pillow cases, towels) can be provided at a total extra cost of $25.00 per apartment.
Departure cleaning services may be arranged with at least two weeks prior notification to the owner. Fee is $50.00 and departure time will be 9:00 AM to allow sufficient house cleaning time.
